Hey, I’m Blake Chevalier — lifelong horse girl, local competitor, and the founder of Chevalier Properties.

I’ve spent my life in the saddle and in the barn. I currently compete in eventing, jumpers, and dressage with my OTTB, Requiem for Reverie — aka Revi — and I’ve been lucky to train under top instructors across the country. I’ve worked with everything from seasoned show horses to green beans (with a personal preference towards fresh-off-the-track Thoroughbreds), and yes — I’ve mucked my fair share of stalls along the way.

That kind of hands-on experience shapes how I approach real estate. I know what makes a property truly work for horses and humans because I’ve lived it — barn layouts, turnout logistics, trailer access, fencing, footing — all the things that make a big difference in daily life.

When I’m not helping clients, spending time at the barn, or competing, you’ll find me hanging with my husband, Kyle, and our little Pomeranian rescue, Mowgli, watching a Formula 1 race or catching up with family and friends.
